So the other day, the NFL released the 2009 schedule for all teams. It turns out that that this year, teams that are in the NFC South and the AFC East has the overall hardest schedules based on teams records last season
For example, My hometeam/favorite team, the Atlanta Falcons are in the NFC South... Take a wiff at our schedule....

8. vs. Washington // Sunday, November 08 (8-8)
9. at Carolina // Sunday, November 15 (12-4) RIVALS
10. at New York (Giants) // Sunday, November 22 (12-4)
